Asphalt sealant for roofs should be checked at least every 3 years. A good Shingle Roof Coating penetrates and forms a protective roof coating that extends the life of old asphalt roof shingles. Easily applied, Let the first coat dry for 3-4 hours and then apply the second coat.

This is a missing grommet that protects the wire from coming in contact with the metal of the box. This is considered a fire hazard. Not too difficult to fix, but very expensive if a fire happens.
