  • Appliance Inspection:
    • Stove

    • refrigerator

    • all other appliances.
  • HVAC - Air Condition Inspection:
    • Condition of furnace,
    • air conditioning (temperature permitting),

    • fireplace
  • Basement Insection:
    • Though these don't happen often in Florida, we would look for:
      • solid foundation
      • solid walls
      • solid floors
      • No signs of water damage or intrusion.
  • Garage:
    • Solid foundation
    • windows
    • ceiling
    • framing
    • roof
    • working garage door opener
    • up-to-code electrical system
    • the proper function of outlets

Again, while there is a variation of what home inspectors look for, there are areas that are generally not covered by a home inspection. If you suspect any problems or concerns in the following areas, you may want to schedule an evaluation by a certified specialist:
